About:
Lassonde Studios is a five-story home for student entrepreneurs, innovators, and creators at the University of Utah. It’s a place where students from any major or background can “Live. Create. Launch.” All students at the University of Utah are welcome to use the Neeleman Hangar, which is the 20,000-square-foot innovation space on the main floor to connect, test ideas, build prototypes, launch companies and learn by doing. Above are four floors of themed residential and dorm space.
Objective:
Lassonde wanted a promotional video that showcased the residents as well as all of their events and resources so that they could increase awareness of their offerings for future students. I pitched the idea of three shorter videos, one for each of the pillars of “Live Create Launch” and then a longer video that was a combination of the three and they decided to move forward with this idea.
Lassonde FOunders
About:
Lassonde Founders is four-year program for active undergraduate entrepreneurs who want to launch or grow a company. Lassonde Founders work together in teams throughout their college experience to find, identify, and creatively solve problems through entrepreneurship.
Objective:
Each of the Founders got an article written about them in Lassonde’s newsletter and I was tasked with photographing each of the Founders for their article. I also filmed an interview with them for a promotional video of the program that I produced and edited.
